Pilots Hanger \\ Stuart Macrory
If you would like to see your 'hanger' here, please email steven@ndmac.co.uk with pictures of your top 3 planes including a little bit of text on each plane explaining how they fly, what the building process was like and what engine you put into it.
Edge 50
Kyosho edge 50 I have an OS 55ax in this plane which is just perfect, it flies soooo well and with the right pilot (not me for a year or two yet) it will perform all the moves in the book. It will drop a wing quite quickly at slow speeds so you always need to be ready to throttle up but other than that its great. This is a plane to teach you a thing or two about aerobatics.
Extra 300
YT International extra 300 - This is a .36 sized model but I chose to put an OS .46 in it, possably a bit too big as it goes like a rocket but on lower throttle it is a great little plane to fly. Quick and easy to build.
Funjet
Multiplex Funjet - Fantastic little model good for 130mph and enough power to send it straight up into the clouds but also very stable at slow speeds (will not stall). Some boys even use these little planes with no prop off the slopes.ive given it a bit of a bad paint job but this is just to cover up the scars it has picked up.
